HYDERABAD: Heaven Homes Society celebrated their sixth anniversary at Kotla Vijayabhaskar Reddy Indoor Stadium on Saturday. As a part of their celebrations, Seva Dharmika Awards 2018 was also organised, felicitating individuals and organisations who work actively on social betterment.

The event also had cultural programmes that threw light on many social issues. G Varalakshmi, founder and president of Heaven Homes, spoke about how they are spearheading the fight against voyeuristic crimes using spy cameras through a campaign called Anti Red Eye. Varalakshmi started the campaign where she is urging everyone to give missed call to  8099259925 supporting their concern towards the cause of women safety.

“We want to submit the public’s concerns and demand the central government to make it mandatory to sell the spy camera with a license and also to not release the culprits with a bail,” she says. Her campaign Anti-red-eye India is all about making the sale of spy camera licensed and misusing it, non-bailable. “We want each and everyone to be a part of our fight for women’s safety. I request everyone present to extend their support to the campaign and do their part in ensuring the safety of women,” she said.
