KOCHI: The Kerala High Court on Tuesday clarified that notice was issued to former Finance Minister K M Mani, on a revision petition seeking to set aside the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau (VACB) order in bar bribe case to ensure principles of natural justice to him.
Justice B Sudheendra Kumar made it clear that hearing of all parties on the revision petition is a minimum requirement before taking a decision. It had issued notice to Mani on the revision petition filed by Sunny Mathew of Arakkulam, Idukki against the order of Thiruvananthapuram Vigilance Special Court directing the VACB to further investigate the case against Mani.
