KOCHI: The Kerala High Court has decided to promote N V Raju, former Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Economic Offences), Ernakulam, who faced inquiry for procedural lapses in recording the statement of Solar scam accused Saritha Nair, as District Judge. Earlier, the administrative committee of the court had decided to drop all further proceedings against Raju.
