KOCHI: The Christmas-New Year Fest, organised by public sector oil major Indian Oil Corporation (ioc) and ‘The New Indian Express’, was launched here on Friday. At a function held at the IOC outlet ‘Trinity Fuels’ in Vazhakkala, IOC general manager PS Mony inaugurated the competition by giving away the ‘scratch & win’ card to the customers at the petrol pump.
The two-wheelers, three-wheelers and four-wheelers which fill the fuel for I200 and I1000 can win prizes on the spot through the ‘scratch & win’ coupons. The competition is held at 30 selected IOC outlets in Ernakulam district from December 24-31. The launch function was attended by R Suresh, chief divisional retail sales manager, IOC, P Vishnu Kumar (DGM, The New Indian Express) and Jasil P Ismail (manager, retail sales, IOC).
