KOCHI: UK-based Ignitho Technologies, which operates the India Development Centre at Infopark here, is planning to create a platform based at Kochi to expand activities in frugal innovation. The initiative will be in addition to scaling up the company’s Kochi team and building capabilities in emerging technologies like Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and IoT here.
“The company is in talks with Kochi SmartCity to acquire a 100-seat office space additionally, and to hire more employees for its Kochi operations, in the near future. “We are in the process of integrating B2B tech startup products from India into our solutions for enterprises in the UK and US markets. We plan to significantly increase our collaboration with B2B tech product startups having innovative ideas,” said Ignitho CEO Jijo Olassa.
