KOCHI: The public sector Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) held its retail loan disbursement mela - ‘Retail Utsav’ - on Thursday at its Regional Office here. IOB Chief Regional Manager  B A R Patro who handed over the retail loan sanction letters to some of its top customers out of the total sanction to the tune of `30 crore said the IOB is concentrating on Retail Advances. Vasanthakumar P, AGM, Regional Office and G Ravi, AGM, Ernakulam Main Branch also addressed the gathering.
