KOCHI: The Angamaly Judicial First Class Magistrate Court on Tuesday accepted the supplementary chargesheet filed in the actor assault case. The chargesheet, which named actor Dileep as the eighth accused, was submitted before the court on November 22. Considering the gravity of the offences involved, the case is most likely to be transferred to the District Sessions Court for further proceedings.
Meanwhile, Pulsar Suni, the first accused, was presented before the magistrate here on Tuesday upon completion of his remand period. The court extended his judicial custody till December 19.
