KOCHI: In order to enhance access to its learners, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has signed an MoU with the Common Service Center e-Governance Service India Ltd, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
Regional Director Sindhu P Nair said the main objective of the new venture is to make online services of IGNOU accessible to learners in the rural and remote areas. The learners can avail service of CSCs to submit their application and examination forms.
Applicants only need to remit a fee of `60 for the application forms. IGNOU admissions have been announced for the January 2018 session and the last date to submit applications is 31 December.
IGNOU will conduct workshops for the CSC representatives. The applicants for various courses can submit application online on https://onlineadmission.ignou.ac.in/
