KOCHI: A petition filed in the HC seeks a directive to the National Highway Authority of India to begin and complete the work on the six-lane Vyttila flyover as per the original proposal.
Petitioner, Francis Manjooran, submitted the state government said it was taking steps to construct the flyover and expected it to be completed by the middle of 2019. The government has no right to take over the construction of the flyover.
