KOCHI: In a first-of-its-kind in the country, V-Care 24x7 has come out with a novel technology to help those in emergencies at the click of a button. V-Care responds to distress, bringing help and assistance on the spot during emergencies such as unprecedented health issues, accidents, theft and criminal atrocities.
“The device is similar to an ID card and in case of any emergency, a click on the button will intimate the control room in the hub and the phone numbers given by the customer.
The customers can speak through the device to the customer care centre. The centre will inform the emergency to the relatives of the customer,” V-Care 24X7 managing partner Manishankar said.
