THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: District Civil Services Tournament for employees of the state government departments will be held on September 7 and 8. Subcollector S Karthikeyan will inaugurate the tournament at 3.30 pm on September 7 at Kerala State Sports Council Hall. District Sports Council president D Mohanan will preside over. Kerala State Sports Council secretary Binu George Varghese and Sports Additional Director S Najumuddeen will be present.
