THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Akademi and the Cultural Department with the support of the HLL Lifecare Limited has raised the curtain on ‘Competition of Amateur Plays’. The event was inaugurated on Saturday by HLL Chairman M Ayyappan here at the HLL Sargam Auditorium, Peroorkada. KSNA executive committee member V R Prathapan presided over the occasion. KSNA executive member Mohan G Venpuzhasseri and Akademi general council member Meenambalam Santhosh spoke. ‘Actor and Crew’ by Swaralaya Samskarika Samithi, Kollam, and ‘Otta’ by Thrissur Abhinaya Nataka Samithi were performed on the first day.
