THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: What is a water cycle? Or what does the rockets of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) look like?

Scale models of ISRO launch vehicles, the water cycle and even a tiny Mughal garden were among the exhibits put up by students at the 39th Annual Science Fair 2016 at Christ Nagar EHS School, Kowdiar, the other day. This year’s theme was ‘Man’s Wonder- The Seed of Science.’

The event was inaugurated by the M Chandradathan, scientific advisor to Chief Minister Pinaryi Vijayan, and former director Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC). He viewed the exhibits and posed for photographs with the students.

School principal Fr Bino Pattarkalam CMI delivered the presidential address. Fr Joseph Vattaparambil CMI was present on the occasion. A food fest for charitable purposes also was organised on the occasion.
