THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Come Friday, Nishagandhi Auditorium at Kanakakkunnu Palace grounds in the capital will come alive with the sights and sounds of the Nishagandhi Festival, the annual weeklong cultural extravaganza organised by the Department of Tourism.
Governor P Sathasivam will inaugurate the festival at 6.30 pm on Friday.
Tourism Minister Kadakampally Surendran will preside over the function.
Tourism Secretary Venu V will welcome the gathering. K Muraleedharan MLA, Corporation Mayor V K Prasanth and councillor Palayam Rajan will offer felicitations.
