VIJAYAWADA: As the Intiintiki-TDP programme is coming to an end in the end of December, the party officials plan to celebrate the success of the people-connecting programme in a grand note.  There are varied opinions that the programme should be extended by 15 more days.

Initially, the programme was designed for 50 days from September 11. Later, it was extended to 75 days and if 15 more days are added, it would make a total of 90 days.

The party members and local leaders, who advertised the State government’s welfare schemes, also learned about the local problems and  geo-tagged them. The constituency in-charges and people’s representatives were assigned to solve those issues.

A total of 40 lakh houses were covered under the programme and the 80 lakh complaints received during Intitintiki were linked  with the Khaizala App.  The party is planning to conduct closing ceremonies in all areas after 75 days to thank the representatives who worked for making the programme a huge success.

Industries Minister N Amarnath Reddy said party representatives have worked hard to cover around 40 lakh houses during the  Intiintiki-TDP programme, which evoked great response. Meanwhile, some of the TDP senior leaders feel that it should be made a 100-days programme, as it is necessary to extend in the backdrop of Jaganmohan Reddy’s padayatra.
