Punnami Ghat to be ‘Hackathon’ happy

The AP CRDA will organise a workshop at Punnami Ghat with the teams, which have sent the best entries for the Happy City Hackathon.

VIJAYAWADA: The AP Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) will organise a workshop on Saturday at Punnami Ghat with the teams, which have sent the best entries for the Happy City Hackathon. The students, who did send the best entries would be divided into three teams and they would present their final ideas to turn Punnami Ghat into a happy and vibrant place.

In a press release issued on Friday, the CRDA officials said that Nilanjan Roy and Annapurna Garimella from the School of Planning and Architecture,Vijayawada, sent best entries in the college category. Top entries from schools were submitted by M Karthikeya, Nirjan Kumar, and Charan Sahu of SML DAV Public School.

It maybe recalled that the hackathon is being held as a part of the Happy Cities Summit to be held in the city for three days from April 10. The winner would present his/her idea during the summit and would be felicitated by Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.
