KLU secures NAAC A++ accreditation

Vice-president Koneru Harini said the varsity would be transformed as a full-fledged research university by 2020. 

VIJAYAWADA: KL University (KLU) secured A++ accreditation from National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with a score of 3.57 on a 4.00 scale, which is the highest score from the apex rating, said KL Education Foundation Trust secretary Koneru Siva Kanchana Latha on Friday. Addressing the media, she said KLU has achieved this feat with the collective coordination of every member of KLU. Now, KLU is focusing on the all-round development of the students in all aspects besides ranks and marks.

Vice-president Koneru Harini said the varsity would be transformed as a full-fledged research university by 2020.  He said that they were providing all kinds of infrastructure for the students, industry connect seminars and workshops and incorporating innovative methodologies to cope-up with existing competition, he said.
