Kate Moss' splurges 2000 pounds on e-cigarettes

Supermodel Kate Moss was so desperate for her e-cigarettes that she flew her chauffeur out to Ibiza to get electronic cigarettes and reportedly ended up splurging 2,000 pounds to get the substitutes.

The 39-year-old supermodel was on a holiday at the island with her singer-husband Jamie Hince. E-cigarettes are a substitute for tobacco smoking which releases a nicotine vapour through an inhaler.

"Kate has been a smoker for many years but recently she has got worried about wrinkles and other signs of ageing. She has made a great effort to cut down and she has been doing well," femalefirst.co.uk quoted a source as saying.

"But sometimes, especially on holiday, she craves them more and more. When she realised she had forgotten her e-cigarettes, she tried to buy some but couldn't find a recognisable brand.

"So she called home and had them couriered, paying more than 300 pounds for a last-minute flight, more than 1,000 pounds for a hotel room for the driver and hundreds on other related expenses," the source added.

The supermodel was first introduced to e-cigarettes by media mogul Simon Cowell and has been using them ever since.

Moss has a 11-year-old daughter named Lila Grace with Hince.
