Essensuals, a venture of Toni and Guy launched their first salon in India in Chennai on Thursday. A preview of their latest collection, ‘Campaign Inspiration 2013-2014’ took place after the launch, followed by an interaction between representatives from Essensuals and Toni & Guy.
Models showcased the latest collection by Essensuals and Wella. The latest collection has a raw London vibe to it, with east London Street Style juxtaposed with the groomed glossy looks off the catwalks of London Fashion Week.
The salon consists of 10 cutting stations, 3 back wash stations, 2 pedicure/manicure stations, one bridal, women’s and kids private room. It also has four spa and facial rooms and a couple spa room and each room has a private steam and shower facility.
Their services include body massages, scrubs, foot spas, foot reflexology, head acupressure, facials, under eye treatments, haircuts, colours, straightening, perming, skin care services, hair extensions, reflexologies, body polish, bridal service, pamper packages and more. The salon will operate 365 days a year opening from 9 to 9 on weekdays and till 10 pm on weekends.
“All our stylists at Essensuals have been trained and certified by Toni & Guy. We are expanding extensively and will be taking the brand to different parts of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, West Bengal and Orissa,” said Sam Paul, Director, Essensuals
With haircuts starting at Rs 150, its price point is markedly less than Toni & Guy.
