With the release date of Thor Ragnarok fast approaching, the latest buzz is that Matt Damon is doing a cameo in the upcoming Marvel film.

With the release date of Thor Ragnarok fast approaching, the latest buzz is that Matt Damon is doing a cameo in the upcoming Marvel film.

The franchise has seen a number of actors making quick appearances. Matt Damon will likely be seen as an Asgardian performer in the upcoming film. Damon’s scene reportedly unfolds as one set on Asgard involving an Asgardian play that recounts events from the first Thor film. In the play, the role of Loki is supposedly played by Damon.

Thor: Raganarok, that is scheduled for release on November 3, is directed by Taika Waititi and stars Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Mark Ruffalo as Hulk/Banner, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Idris Elba as Heimdall, Cate Blanchett as Hela, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, and Anthony Hopkins as Odin.
