'Queer Eye' renewed for third season

LOS ANGELES: Netflix has ordered a third season renewal for its reality series "Queer Eye".

According to Variety, production on the new installment starts today in Kansas City, Missouri.

Co-hosts Antoni Porowski, Bobby Berk, Karamo Brown, Jonathan Van Ness and Tan France will return for the new season.

The first two seasons of the show - a reboot of the Bravo unscripted hit from over a decade ago - debuted this year to broad critical acclaim.

David Collins, Michael Williams and Rob Eric executive produce "Queer Eye" for Scout Productions.

Jennifer Lane is attached as showrunner and executive producer.

David George, Adam Sher, David Eilenberg and Jordana Hochman also serve as executive producers for ITV Entertainment.

The new spell of the Emmy-nominated series is scheduled to premiere next year.
