Ayushmann and Bhumi will be seen in yet another romcom, after their successful Dum Lagaa Ke Haisha together Bhumi Pednekar made her debut with Ayushmann Khurrana two years ago in the critically acclaimed film, Dum Laga Ke Haisha. The actress went through a major transformation post the release of the film, losing oodles of weight.

Bhumi will now once again seen romancing her first co-star Ayushmann Khurrana in R. S Prasanna’s Shubh Mangal Saavdhan, which is touted as a quirky light hearted love story. The film is being produced by Anand L Rai. Rai had earlier announced a film called Manmarziyan with the same set of actors. The film was to be directed by Sameer Sharma, but that film was shelved after Rai didn’t approve of the first rushes.

The first schedule of Manmaziyan was done in Shimla and Amritsar . After Rai expressed his discontent, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari was brought in to helm the project, but it still did not take off for unknown reasons.  Looks like Rai now wants the lead stars to forget Manmarziyan by offering them this fresh film.

Bhumi will also be seen romancing Akshay Kumar in Toilet Ek Prem Katha this year and Ayushmann will be seen with Parineeti Chopra in Meri Pyaari Bindu.
