Mom, which will be Sridevi’s 300th film, will have the veteran actress herself dubbing for all four versions - Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam. Sridevi, who started off as a child artiste in the Tamil film Thunaivan (1967), and has since starred in numerous films in multiple languages, completes 50 years in the industry this year.

To commemorate the occasion, her husband, and producer of the film, Boney Kapoor, has decided to release Mom on the same day that her debut film released - July 7.

Apart from Sridevi, Mom also stars Akshaye Khanna, Abhimanyu Singh, Sajal Ali, and Adnan Siddiqui, plus Nawazuddin Siddiqui in a special guest appearance.

The film will be her third film in Tamil since her comeback, the first being the Tamil dubbed version of English Vinglish, while the second was Vijay’s Puli in 2015.
