Baywatch, which marks the Hollywood debut of Priyanka Chopra, will be dubbed and released in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.
The film, based on the television series of the same name, also features leading Hollywood stars like Dwayne Johnson, Zac Efron and Alexandra Daddario. According to sources, the essence of the
television series has been retained in the film, and a number of action sequences added to it.
Directed by Seth Gordon, Paramount Pictures is releasing the film worldwide on June 2. Priyanka Chopra will be seen playing the character of Victoria Leeds, a member of a smuggling gang.
“She will also perform daring stunts in this film,” the source added.
