Upendra Graces Trivikram's Telugu Project

Superstar Upendra who is currently concentrating on his directorial film Uppi 2 has agreed to be part of a Telugu project with filmmaker Trivikram (of Athadu fame) also starring Allu Arjun. Upendra confirms the news and says, "I have agreed to be a part of Trivikram's film mainly because the story sound interesting to me. The film revolves around three characters -- one who follows his heart, one who uses his brain and another one who is mighty and strong. I will be playing one of the three powerful characters," says Upendra.

The actor also clarifies that his first priority would be to complete the shoot of Uppi 2 and he would manage to squeeze a few days in between for the Telugu film. "My first priority is obviously Uppi 2 and the aim is to wrap up the shoot in the next few months."

Upendra has a huge fan following in Tollywood and most of his films are either dubbed or bilingual projects in both Telugu and Kannada.

Uppi's last film in Telugu was Toss that released in 2007. More recently, Brahma directed by Chandru, which released in February this year, was also well received in Tollywood. The actor also has grand plans of releasing Uppi 2 in Telugu as well. 

Meanwhile, Trivikram has just made an official announcement about the cast of his film which includes actors Arjun, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Adah Sharma,

Raashi Khanna and Sneha among others.
