“My film, Hit Wicket is based on cricket. However, the story is not specifically about the game, but about a cricketer's life. It is a true and inspired story of somebody who is part of the film crew. The film follows the life of this young man who aspires to be a cricketer.

“Hit Wicket.jpgTo achieve his ambitions, he gets into various problems, loses his career and love and also struggles financially. And, that is what will be presented on screen. I term Hit Wicket as serious comedy. The situations and incidents gets tough for the guy, but it will also be an all-out entertainer,” says Sandeep Gowda.
