Nikhil has approved the scripts of two directors - S Krishna and A Harsha - who will be helming projects for this one-film-old actor.

“Both the directors are in the race and have come up with excellent scripts for Nikhil,” says our source.
“A series of discussions are going on and the scripts are being readied. He will start with the director who is ready first and will follow it up with the next filmmaker. One of the projects will start rolling in April 2017.”
According to them, director Krishna is planning a youthful and stylish film for Nikhil, presenting the actor in a trendy look, which would resonate with the young audience.

“It could be a bilingual made in Kannada and Telugu with rich production values and the story will be weaved around Nikhil’s strengths,” says our source.

“The director is currently busy with the post-production work of Sudeep-starrer
Hebbuli and will start working on Nikhil’s project in January.”. Our source adds that Harsha, who is also working on a script for Nikhil, is currently involved with Puneeth’s project, which he plans to roll out in January 2017.

“So only time will tell who will get to work with Nikhil and how they will portray the young actor,” our source says.

Meanwhile, Nikhil is using his free time to learn stunts from Bangkok-based Jaika Stunts team who will be landing in Bengaluru on January 15. He will also be taking classes in dancing because he feels he has a natural flair for moves. He is in the process of getting a personality makeover, growing his hair for a different look in his next.
