K madesh to direct real star in a first

Bharjari actress Rachita Ram will play the female lead. The film’s muhurat on December 12. Regular shoot to begin next year

Every Sandalwood filmmaker offers only unique  projects to Upendra. So too has director K Madesh, who is all set to direct the Real Star for the first time. Madesh confirms the news and tells City Express that the muhurath will be on December 12. The shooting will start early next year and will proceed according to Uppi’s schedule.

Madesh has completed shooting for Raj-Vishnu,  a film produced by Ramu starring Sharan and Chikkanna. The film is said to be inspired from an old classic and Madesh is doing the screenplay and direction.
Madesh does not reveal much but says that the story he is currently working on is tailormade for Upendra because it is about the common man. “The one-liner has been approved and the script is shaping up well,” he adds.

Upendra, who is left with just one song for Upendra Matte Hutti Ba-Inti Prema has given his dates for Kanneshwara. He will also be working with directors Manju Mandavya and Shashank.
The makers have roped in Rachita Ram, who will be paired opposite Upendra for the first time. We hear that she playing a de-glam role and that of a school girl. Rachita has Pushpaka Vimana, slated for release, and she is left with songs shoot for Bharjari.  
Madesh’s yet-to-be titled film, produced by Vijayalakshmi Urs, will have Sadhu Kokila’s music and cinematography by Rajesh Katta. Dialogues will by MS Ramesh and editing by KM Prakash.
