When debutante director Hariprasad Jayanna kick started the first schedule of his film Premadalli, he also made some immediate changes in the star cast before the shoot.
This was because Ameeta Kullal walked out of the project due to date issues. She has now been replaced by Anusha Ranganathan. “Since Ameeta couldn’t accommodate the dates for us, we had let go of her and Anusha came on board,” says Hariprasad.
With Vihan Gowda playing the lead, the film has two heroines. Anusha will be sharing screen space with Akshara Gowda, who is also marking her debut in Sandalwood.
Anusha who made a transition from small screen to tinsel town started off with Soda Buddi and followed it up with Life 360 and Once More Kaurava. Premadalli will be her fourth film.
Hariprasad, a protege of director Yogaraj Bhat is a techie turned director. He chose the title of his frist film from a popular song Premadalli/Snehadalli.
The film has music directed by Chetan and cinematography by Santosh Rai Pathaje.
