Gramayana: Vinay Rajkumar's transformation rolls from October 23

Vinay Rajkumar’s upcoming film Gramayana starts rolling with a simple muhurath at Devanuru, Chickmagaluru district. The film’s clap was done by director Devanuru Chandru’s mother and the camera was switched on by Hanumanthu. Hanumanthu used to assist Dr Rajkumar and now is working with his grandson, Vinay Rajkumar. City Express gets hold of a few pictures of the muhurath shot. Gramayana will have the team camping at Devanuru for the next 25 days, during which they will complete the first schedule of the shoot.

Vinay has undergone a tranformation for playing the role of a village youth, Sixth Sense Seena. The film has roped in newcomer Amritha Iyer who will make her debut as a heroine opposite Vinay. Gramayana’s music is by Poornachandra Tejaswi and cinematography by Abhishek Kasargod.

The film will also bring actor Aparna,  a popular face on reality show Maja Talkies, back on screen. The senior actor will make a comeback after 30 years with the role of Vinay’s mother in the film. Meanwile, Vinay is also is waiting for the release of Ananthu v/s Nusrat, directed by Sudheer Shanbhogue. The film is now slated for release in November.
