Anupama Parameswaran, whose recent outing ‘Joemonte Suvisesangal’ will hit the screens this week, has already signed her next in Telugu. The pretty actress will be seen playing the lead lady to none other than Tollywood sensation Ram Charan Teja, which will be directed by Sukumar.
Though actresses like Raashi Khanna, Amala Paul and Samantha were considered for the role, finally the Premam girl bagged it.
She took to Twitter and wrote, “Happy to announce my next Telugu film with director Sukumar sir, Ram Charan, Ratnavelu sir & Mythri movies.
“Touted to be a romantic story set in a village backdrop, we hear, the director was particular about the choice of his leading lady, and had zeroed in on Anupama. Sources inform that look tests were also done. This yet-to-be-titled flick will have music by Devi Sri Prasad and is likely to be shot in different parts of India. “The rest of the details about the crew will be finalised in four days,” added the source.
