Taapsee dubs in Hindi

Actor Taapsee is on a roll this year with projects in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.

The actor, who was shooting for Muni 3, will soon join the unit of director Vishnuvardhan’s Ajith film in the next schedule. She is also upbeat about her impending Hindi debut, Chashme Baddoor.

Recalling her previous schedule for the Ajith-starrer, Taapsee says, “Arya and I had very intense and serious scenes. But after the shot, Arya was a lot of fun and Nayanthara and I bonded very well. We spent a lot of time just laughing on the sets.”

There is a lot of expectation about the film directed by Vishnuvardhan under producer A M Rathnam’s banner. But the actor reveals Vishnuvardhan is always calm and composed.

Taapsee, who has dubbed for two Telugu films, is happy to be dubbing in Hindi for Chashme Baddoor. “It wasn’t easy getting rid of my heavy Punjabi accent in Hindi. In fact, it was even tougher than dubbing in Telugu! But I pulled it off,” she grins.
