The actor, who flew from the capital to Chennai to audition for the role,   says her debut role was more than what she could dreamt of. “I am in fact   thrilled. The response is awesome. The Telugu version of the movie is also doing well. This is beyond my dreams,” says Arundathi.

She adds that she didn’t know what she had committed to until she saw the  first rushes of the movie. “I didn’t read the full script. I used to do what the director asked me to. When I saw the full movie, I was shocked to know that my character was this big,” she adds.

The actor says she is looking forward to acting in Malayalam industry too. “There have been offers. I really want to act in Malayalam. I am listening to scripts. But, nothing is confirmed as of now,” says Arundathi.
