Chiranjeevi’s niece Niharika Konidela has been finalised to play the female lead opposite Gautham Karthik in the untitled fantasy-adventure-comedy by Arumuga Kumar, former associate of Balaji Tharaneetharan. Produced by 7C Entertainment in association with Amme Narayana Productions, it has Vijay Sethupathi playing a tribal leader. Our sources confirm that Niharika has already been shooting for the film. The actor made her debut last year with Telugu romantic drama Oka Manasu, and this is her debut in Tamil. “Niharika has got quite an interesting role and she’s looking forward to doing more projects in K’town,” said the source.
