Screenplay and story writer Gopimohan is all set to don the cap of a film-maker. Thus, he is to join the band of writers who turned directors in the later years. The list includes Dasari Narayana Rao, Trivikram Srinivas, Veeru Potla, Vijayendra Prasad and et al. Malla Vijaya Prasad is to produce Gopimohan’s directorial debut. Authenticating the same, the writer says, “The film would be a youthful entertainer and feature big league stars. It will take off by April next year, once the casting is finalized.” Gopimohan is associated with Dasarath and Srinu Vaitla and has super hits like Santosham, Venky, Dhee, Lakshyam, Ready and King, among other to his credit. He is now working for Mahesh’s Dookudu.
