Back when the audio release function of actor Ram Charan Tej’s film Rachcha was organised, his uncle, Pawan Kalyan’s absence was conspicuous and some sections of the media did not stop from speculating on the same.
There were allegations made that the reason behind Pawan Kalyan’s absence was because of “differences within the mega family”. While Ram wanted to clarify, his uncle called him up the next day asking him to stay mum on the issue. However, this was not the case at the recently-organised audio launch function of Ram’s upcoming film Nayak.
He revealed that it was because of his uncle (Pawan) that he did not take up the issue with those respective sections of the media. Ram further clarified that there were no issues within his family, and that in the absence of his father (Chiranjeevi), it was his uncle who was like the fatherly figure at home. He asserted that he would give a befitting reply to anyone who maligns the power star. While the nephew was candid, uncle Pawan stayed mum throughout the function, except to thank everyone in the end for taking the trouble to come and patiently listening to Ram.
