Seerat Kapoor has been playing her cards smartly, taking time to find the right script that will work commercially as well as professionally for her. After a year since the release of her last film, Columbus, she has signed horror-comedy Raju Gari Gadhi 2, and has even started shooting. “I’m extremely thrilled.

It’s a role where I can exhibit my caliber to the fullest,” she said, before adding that she plays a dancer.
In her first stint with the horror genre, she says she connected with the script and narration on many levels.

“When director Ohmkar narrated the script, I could sense a lot of passion. This is a character like nothing I’ve played before and it’s extremely captivating.

I have already completed shooting for the first schedule and it’s been a humbling experience so far,” she said, without divulging more information about the role.
Apart from the fact that she has landed an exciting role, actor Nagarjuna’s inclusion in the project has made this film even more special for Seerat, who can’t wait to meet him on sets.

“It’s nearly three weeks after I was signed; we were informed that Nagarjuna sir will also be a part of the project. This news came as a pleasant surprise. It felt like the perfect icing on the cake.” With Nagarjuna on board, expectations from the film must have touched new heights and Seerat nods in agreement.

“The success of the first part has already raised the stakes and has earned the film a great fan following. Nagarjuna sir’s presence will make the film even bigger. The whole vibe so far has been very positive and I’m sure the film will bring new level of excitement among audiences. Ohmkar understands the pulse of the youth very well and that will work in the film’s favour.”
