Delhi braces itself as winter arrives

Delhi woke up to a foggy December, as cold weather prevailed in the city for the second day, with temperatures dropping to a minimum of 12 degree Celsius. Though visibility was reduced to below 50 m, demonetisation left the public with few options but to join queues to withdraw salary. The conditions are likely to prevail for a few more days.
