THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Railways has come out against the fake employment notice which is being circulated in social media for recruiting RPF constables.
Chief Security Commissioner of Southern Railway said the notification was fake and was not issued by the Security Directorate, Railway Board or any of the Chief Security Commissioners mentioned. “The circulation of such fake employment notices will misguide the public and gullible candidates. The public should not respond to such fake notices,” the Railways clarified.
The fake employment notice in seven pages is regarding the purported recruitment of RPF constables containing details of number of vacancies, eligibility criteria, recruitment process, nodal officers (4 CSCs) etc.
The last date for receipt of application form was given as October 14.
