SHIMLA: The budget session of Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha would start on March 1 with address by Governor Acharya Devvrat on an opening day.

The 38-day long session would have 21 sittings, including two private member's days, would conclude on April 7.

Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, who also holds the finance portfolio, would present his fifth budget of present tenure on March 10. However, it would be the 20th budget of the six–time CM Virbhadra Singh.
