Hyderabad, Dec 5 (PTI) The South Central Railway (SCR)and the Indian School of Business (ISB) today entered into amemorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate in capacitybuilding and research.
The MoU was exchanged by SCR General Manager VinodKumar Yadav and ISB Dean Prof Rajendra Srivastava at RailNilayam here.
According to an SCR release, the MoU broadly envisagesco-operation and engagement between the two entities towardsresearch and knowledge sharing.
The forms of co-operation and engagement cover hostingof lecture series by faculty from ISB on topics such asleadership, strategy management, negotiations skills andchange Management, among others, which are critical for theRailway officers, the release said.
The MoU will also facilitate collaborative researchinvolving both the institutions on critical issues like brandcapitalisation, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency,and business innovation, among others, it added. PTI VVKRSY.
