Hyderabad, Dec 7 (PTI) Cyient Limited today said itentered into a non-exclusive business alliance with EATechnology, an energy technology company headquartered inChester, UK, to jointly pursue business opportunitiesglobally.
The alliance will provide asset management anddecision support solutions and services for electricutilities, according to a statement issued by the city-basedIT firm.
Under the agreement, Cyient will also provide projectdelivery and implementation services for EA Technology's AssetInvestment Management (AIM) software solution, it said.
John Renard, President, Utilities and GeospatialBusiness Unit, Cyient, said EA Technology is well-respectedfor its unparallelled knowledge and expertise in electricalasset management.
"We are delighted about working together and areconfident that the complementary skills of the twoorganisations will deliver considerable value to the globalelectric utility market," Renard said.
