New Delhi, Oct 13 (PTI) The Delhi Judicial ServiceAssociation (DJSA) today condemned the day-long strike bylawyers of all the six district courts in the national capitaltoday to protest the alleged misconduct of some judges.
The association termed the allegations levelled againstthe judicial officers as "baseless" and said that such act is"condemnable".
"We unanimously resolve that judges remain an easy targetfor those who wish to asperse the reputation of the judge outof the grudge or disgruntling from the court's orders," DJSApresident Rajesh Malik said.
He further said that such allegations damage the image ofjudiciary and deserves strong disapproval.
The lawyers at the Tis Hazari Court had gone on a strikeon October 11 to protest the alleged "rude behaviour" of amagistrate which was extended to all other district courts -Patiala House, Karkardooma, Saket, Dwarka and Rohini.
