Mandsaur (MP), Oct 13 (PTI) A man was shot dead inbroad daylight in the crowded fish market area of the townhere today by a person with whom he had a dispute over somepetty issue, a police official said.
The incident took place in the crowded fish marketwhen after some dispute over money, Lalit alias Deepu Luhar(26) whipped out a 9 MM pistol and shot Sonu Goswami (32) fromclose range following which he died on the spot, citysuperintendent of police (CSP) Rakesh Mohan Shukla said.
The duo had fought earlier over selling fish in themarket but had later compromised, he said.
Police have caught the accused and also seized theweapon used in the incident, the CSP said, adding, furtherinvestigations are on. PTI COR MAS ADURMT.
