Gangtok, Oct 13 (PTI) Mohan Bagan today thumped ONGCMumbai 5-0 to storm into the final of the 37th All IndiaGovernor's Gold Cup football tournament.
In the first semifinal played at Paljor Stadium, MohanBagan dominated ONGC Mumbai right from the word go and led by1-0 at half time. Striker P D Dicka scored the first goal forthe Kolkata team in ninth minute.
The second half began on buoyant note for Mohan Baganwith G A Kramah scoring a brace (46th and 61st minutes) tomake it 3-0.
Dicka struck his second goal in 78th minute and NHShrestha scored in 88th minute to make it 5-0 for Mohan Bagan.
The second semifinal will be played tomorrow betweenCalcutta Customs and Partha Chakra. PTI KDK PRAH.
