Kohli wins toss and chooses to field as Yuvraj makes comeback

It is the first game for Virat Kohli as the India captain in all three formats.

PUNE: In his first game as full-time captain across formats, and first as ODI captain, Virat Kohli won the toss and chose to field in the first one-dayer at the MCA Stadium here on Sunday. As expected, Yuvraj Singh was included for his first ODI since 2013, with Manish Pandey and Ajinkya Pandey the ones to miss out, apart from Amit Mishra and Bhuvneshwar Kumar.

For England, Liam Plunkett, who was fit for selection after recovering from injury, missed out as England went in with Jake Ball, with all-rounder Ben Stokes making it four pacers and two spinners in attack.
