Pakistan wins toss, elects to bat in second ODI Vs Sri Lanka

Pakistan retained the lineup that won the first of five ODIs by 83 runs in Dubai on Friday.

ABU DHABI: Pakistan won the toss and opted to bat against Sri Lanka in the second one-day international on Monday.

Pakistan retained the lineup that won the first of five ODIs by 83 runs in Dubai on Friday.

That extended Sri Lanka's poor run of ODI form in 2017, with it losing 17 out of 22 matches including 5-0 series defeats against South Africa and India.

Sri Lanka's team is also unchanged despite its struggles in the first game.

Lineups:

Pakistan: Sarfraz Ahmed (captain), Ahmed Shehzad, Fakhar Zaman, Babar Azam, Shoaib Malik, Mohammad Hafeez, Imad Wasim, Shadab Khan, Hasan Ali, Rumman Raees, Junaid Khan.

Sri Lanka: Upul Tharanga (captain), Niroshan Dickwella, Kusal Mendis, Lahiru Thirimanne, Dinesh Chandimal, Milinda Siriwardana, Thisara Perera, Suranga Lakmal, Jeffrey Vandersay, Akila Dananjaya, Lahiru Gamage.
