Rain stops play again on day one of India-Afghanistan Test in Bengaluru

BENGALURU: Rain stopped play again on the opening day of one-off Test between India and Afghanistan at the M Chinnaswamy stadium here today.

Only 3.3 overs could be bowled with India adding 16 runs since play started following a long rain interruption which cost about 59 minutes of play.

India were at 248 for one in 45.1 overs when the rain had stopped play for the first time.
