Karnataka legislator Gali Somasekhar Reddy, main accused in his brother Gali Janardhan Reddy’s bail scam case, is likely to surrender in the ACB court on Monday
Somasekar Reddy had played a key role in the bail scam and he offered a huge amount of money to the then CBI judge T Pattabhi Rama Rao for granting bail to his brother who is in jail.
The ACB expects more information, including the role played by Bellary Urban MLA Sriramulu, to come out from Somasekhar Reddy. Sources said he is preparing to surrender before the court.
