Gali Somashekar Reddy, MLA and main accused in his brother Gali Janardhana Reddy’s cash-for-bail case, is likely to surrender before the ACB Court here on Monday.
Somasekar Reddy had offered a huge amount of money to CBI Court Judge T Pattibhirama Rao for granting bail to Janardhana Reddy.
The ACB officials have arrested all the accused in the case, except Somasekar Reddy. They have issued a ‘look-out’ notice against him.
An official said they were expecting more information from Somasekar Reddy, and former Karnataka minister and Ballery Urban MLA Sriramulu’s role would also come out with his arrest.
